    love this! Try angling the pad so that he can't sleep there anymore. Maybe if you break the habit he will have a new favorite spot by the time you need to use it as a changing table. Maybe??? Good luck!

      I could take the pad off I guess. Part of me sees him laying there regardless of if the pad is on it or not. I might need to move it away from the window because he likes the sun. And Amazon ripped me off. It's not really motion sensored. You kind of have to brush it's stomach so the cat was smart enough to lay just far away enough that he wouldn't touch it.

    LOL that is hilarious! Try squirting the cat with water. I can just show the water bottle to my cats and they stop/run away.

    That does work while we're home. But as soon as you leave he jumps right back up! He did that with scratching our couch, too. He's the most hard headed cat there is!
